Every story has a beginning, and our starting is hard to pinpoint. We have been friends since we were kids, but our parents were friends before that. We grew up in the same neighborhood, houses away from each other not miles apart. We went to the same, Grade School and highschool. In the spring of 1988 we graduated from Ursuline High School, as we grew older our bonds became stronger, and we became better friends. We all established ourselves in our careers it became noticeable the diversity in styles and approaches to business each of us ha, and together we would have a team like no other. In 2023, we began this chapter of our careers and life together and we formed Heath and Recovery 88, Inc.

We are a Franchisee of Sweathouz, A Contrast Therapy Studio in the Cleveland Ohio Market; our plan is to open 10 locations over the next 60 months. MEET THE TEAM

Alan Drennen

Alan has spent his career almost entirely in Food Service Industry, from corner bars to Top 500 Restaurants. Alan has been in Operations, Management, Sales and Sales Management for the past 30 years. His background in Foodservice Operations and Management was achieved as the Multi-Unit Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings in the Youngstown Ohio Market and as an Area Director for O’Charleys. Alans Sales and Sales Management experience came as a high achieving and Nationally recognized Sales Marketing Associate as well as a District Sales Manager for Sysco Foods in Cleveland for over 12 years.

Alan received his Bachelor of Arts, Organizational Communication from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio.

Alan is a passionate Fly Fisherman and fly tyer that enjoys Destination traveland spending time with his wife Katie.

Jeff Bleacher

Jeff has made a career of starting, running and owning businesses in the software world. As a developer, Jeff has specialized in designing and delivering solutions for a wide range of companies that include some of the largest companies in the world and cover a wide range of sectors, such as energy, construction services, consumer products, medical, media, manufacturing, retail, and technology.

Jeff Received his Bachelor of Science, Operations Research and Industrial Management at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburg and his Master of Science, Operations Research and Industrial Management in at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jeff is an active CrossFit participant and enjoys traveling with and to see his children.

Eric Ungaro

Eric has a wide range of experience, much of it is community driven, an elected Trustee and current Chairman for Poland Township in Poland Ohio, and President of the Mahoning County Mental Health Board are examples. Eric got his passion for community and the Mental Health and Recovery community after his brother Sean’s overdose death in 2012. Eric is a recently retired teacher of behaviorally handicapped children and special education students for the past 30 years. Eric is currently the Defensive Coordinator for the Warren G Harding Football team in Warren Ohio and has been a coach since 1990.

Eric received his Bachelor of Science, Education form Youngstown State University and his Master of Science, Education Administration from Westminster College in New Wilmington Pennsylvania.

Eric is an avid walker, and spends much of his time with Family - His wife Nanette of 29 years and his daughters Gina ( Dom ) Lipari and Carly.
